Shipping policy

We generally ship within 48 hours. To ensure that your neon sign will not be damaged, we have to take extra care in packing, which takes extra effort and time, and may delay us during busier times.

We are a USA based company and we ship from the USA. Shipping times vary based on your selection and location. 

For Domestic Orders we ship primarily via USPS or UPS:

Free shipping generally takes between 5 to 14 business days.

We offer the option to upgrade your shipping to Tracked, which takes about 3 to 7 business days.

Our fastest option is Priority, which may be delivered in 1 to 3 business days.

International shipping times vary depending on location. We primarily ship via USPS or UPS and it generally takes 7 to 21 business days for international orders to arrive.
